Delete Your Account & Data

1.Delete Directly In the App (Fastest)

If you can sign in to the Perkstacker app:

• Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion. Your account and data are removed immediately.

2.Request Deletion by Email

If you can no longer access the app or prefer email, send a request to admin@perkstackerapp.app with the subject line “Delete my Perkstacker account” from the email address registered to your account.

We verify the request comes from the account owner's email address and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner). You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.

3.What Gets Deleted

Account deletion permanently removes:

• Your account profile (name, email, password hash).
• All loyalty programs, points, and wallet card selections you added.
• All expenses, receipts and receipt images, trips, and mileage logs.
• Reminders, streaks, referral data, and AI plan history.
• Analytics identifiers associated with your account.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

4.What We May Retain

We may retain a limited subset of records where the law requires it:

• Payment and subscription transaction records (kept by our payment processor, Stripe, for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations — typically up to 7 years).
• Records of the deletion request itself, to demonstrate compliance.

Retained records are not used for any other purpose.

5.Deleting Some Data Without Closing Your Account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove individual items. Inside the app you can delete any loyalty program, expense, receipt, trip, or reminder at any time, or email admin@perkstackerapp.app to request removal of specific data.
